SFPO Association & NPC News 30th November
COVID and Festive Season Events In Kouga
For clarification: all events of gathering, celebrations and hosted large parties during the festive season have been prohibited, and licences and approvals revoked.
So, for St Francis Bay that translates to no Billy’s Beach this year, nor any such gatherings of similar size.
The sports events are still on, although with strict COVID protocols, and the flea markets are still on as well.
Restaurants and bars remain open, albeit with strict protocols, including the limit on numbers.
So, it is masking, sanitising, social distancing, and restaurant spacing. We also can’t stress enough that people need to look after themselves and try to make good decisions. Be careful out there.
St Francis Markets
The St. Francis Market will be happening over the season, all with level 1 restrictions and protocols in place. They will take place on the 12th, 19th, and 26th December, as well as 2nd and 9 January.
The Markets will take place at The Village Green between 9am and 1pm, and are limited to 100 stalls. The first few markets are booked up, but there are a few slots for additional stalls for the later markets.
Any queries call 083 294 2211, and please support local.
